We manage our customers' projects taking care of the entire process, from start to finish. We verify all the phases of the work and use various collaboration and tracking tools, which allow us to keep our partners updated.
Instrumental survey
With our qualified technicians, we will carry out accurate site inspections to provide an initial feasibility estimate of the proposed work.
The reliefs are performed with laser-scanner technology, which allows the geometric relief to be produced with a remarkable level of detail and completeness through a cloud of points. The scanning is reviewed in order to provide the client with the most suitable work for his needs, in addition to photos that document the status of the work.
Executive Preliminary Co-Design
Assistance in the development of the Project through the management of the three design phases:
- Preliminary: the development of the "project concept" by defining the general lines on a geometric, aesthetic and functional level.
- Executive: the engineering of the project, resolving every detail of which the project is composed.
- Production: the necessary indications for the production process of the project, from the indication of the materials and hardware of which it is composed to the construction method.
Project Management
At TRIADE Interiors Project & Contract Management, we organise the work with the aim of maximising the benefits, by studying and planning the project at every stage of its’ development, through an accurate analysis of the project, a technical inspection, the drawing up of detailed schedules and the coordination of the teams, also in coordination with other operators on site.
Site management
Coordination of teams with on-site contacts, site management in order to comply with budgets and schedules, control and compliance with safety, health and quality parameters of the work performed.
Setting up, assembling or adapting of the structures according to the client's design.
Production Control
Planning, coordinating and directing all production activities in order to meet delivery deadlines, quality and costs.
